Dale Candela was born from a simple idea: the best evenings are spent around a table full of good food, better drinks, and people who feel like old friends by the end of the night. Tucked away on the charming main street of Yung Shue Wan, the bar brings the unpretentious warmth of a Madrid taberna to Lamma Island, one pintxo and one gin tonic at a time.

We serve classic Spanish tapas made with genuine care and flavourful ingredients, from patatas bravas with proper aioli to jamón croquetas that could make you weep. The cocktail list leans into Spanish tradition, with sangrias, vermuts, and gin tonics served in proper balloon glasses.
